This turned out better than I planned! :w00t:

Anyhoo, this stamp addresses an important issue in the wonderful world of fanfiction...

Some people just don't use spell-check!! A perfectly good fanfiction is rendered unreadable due to spelling errors, basic grammar mistakes, run on sentances, lack of punctuation and indentation!!

I mean, typos happen, spell check or not, but some of these things I run across would have a long green squiggly line under them in Microsoft Word!

I know dA has all ages of writers, but sometimes a little spell check can go a long way to help just the most basic typos.

Please, please, use spell check. Your word processor should have one. In Microsoft Word, it's the first option under "Tools." Or just hit F7. Just one spell check or reading through your story helps! And it makes every fanfic just a bit better!

Grammar and spelling errors are one of my personal pet peeves, and I know I'm guilty of mistakes, but I think a lot of people can agree with me on this one. ^^

Please comment and/or:+fav: if you use! I want to know what you think! :aww:

Dude....I really like this stamp. I haven't run into fanfics like that lately, but when I do find them, it's a huge turn off. Kinda sad really.

Thank you! ^^ I know! It really is kinda sad...

Thanks for the :+fav:, as well! ^^ :iconnewglomp:

I think spell checking in general should be done with written pieces submitted here or any other site. I hate it when the story is spoiled by terrible spelling. I agree with this and to a more general degree as well. Consider that, if you want to make a stamp for general spell checking. :) Great stamp, though!

Ah, touché.

You are right, spell checking should always be done, not matter the written work! The problem exists in all forms of poetry and prose. I have seen this issue most often in fanfiction, as that is what I normally read. :XD: But, I think I'll make a more general one, as well! Thanks for commenting, and I'm glad you liked my stamp! ^^
